Bruce Lewis

Bruce has been involved in technology education
since 1975. After 10 years service in the NSW
Department of Education he attained the position
of Industrial Arts Head Teacher, before moving
across to Catholic Education where he spent the
next 20 years. Bruce served in many roles
including TAS Co-ordinator, Regional Technology
Consultant, Curriculum Co-ordinator,
Administration Co-ordinator and WHS Manager.
Although he retired from teaching in 2007, he
continues to provide WHS resources, consultancy,
training and auditing services to schools
throughout Australia. Bruce is a member of the
Safety Institute of Safety and the National
Safety Council of Australia. He has several
qualifications including an Industrial Arts
Education Degree, an Industrial Arts Diploma of
Teaching, an Associate Certificate of Design &
Technology, a Certificate IV in Training and
Assessment and a Certificate II in Information
Technology. Bruce is the 'brain child' behind
the OnGuard ACEProPLUS safety training program.
He continually strives to create quality
resources and new features for the suite of
OnGuard products.

Deborah Jones

Deborah’ s career
has spanned several industries, including
hospitality, financial services and business
development and management. She has a strong
focus on marketing, human resources and
administration. Since its inception in 1999,
Deborah has been instrumental in establishing
the business, its marketing, financial structure
and processes. Utilising conceptualisation
and interpersonal skills honed throughout a long
successful career Deborah has been able to
witness OnGuard’s growth into an industry leader
in Work Health and Safety. She continues to hold
her CFP and SIA Fin accreditation.

Samantha Horne

Level 1 Technical Support
Samantha has been with the
company since May 2007 while completing a school
traineeship. Samantha
has a Diploma of Financial Services, a Cert III in
Business Administration and a Cert II in Information
Technology. She
manages the account receivables and supports the company
directors where needed. Samantha also assists with day
to day office administration and level 1 technical support enquiries.

has been with the company since March 2013 after
graduating high school.
Chelsea
has a Diploma in Counselling, a Cert IV in Heath Care,
Cert III in Fitness, Cert III in Hospitality, Cert II in
Information Technology and a Cert II in Business
Communications. Chelsea
is the company's main telephone receptionist and is
utilised regularly on telemarketing campaigns. Chelsea
also assists with level 1 technical support enquiries.

Kathy re-trained
since moving to Australia to be a fully
qualified bookkeeper and has been with OnGuard
since 2009. Previously she was a geography
teacher in China. Kathy is the company's
bookkeeper and also the backup telephone
receptionist. Kathy also assists with general
office duties.

has lived in Australia since 2010 completing her
Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance, along
with a Masters Degree in Commerce. She holds an
Associate CPA qualification. We utilise her
skills to assist with business support, BAS,
taxation and statistical analysis.

Trevor Goodear

Trevor has been involved in technology education
since 1975. Over this time he attained the
position of Industrial Arts Head Teacher in the
NSW Department of Education. He has aquired an
extensive set of skills and knowledge related to
technolofy education. Trevor retired from
teaching in 2009 and now continues to provide
WHS consultancy, sales support, teacher currency
training and workshop auditing services to
schools throughout NSW. Trevor has an
Administration Masters Degree, an Industrial
Arts Education Degree, a Certificate IV in
Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in
Occupational Health & Safety.

Adam Kerz

Adam has been involved in the programming
requirements for our company since 2003. He
'puts into practice' all of the great new
features in OnGuard. His skills realise the
program features inspired, developed and created
by Bruce. Adam has an IT - Software Engineering
Degree. He is highly skilled in several
programming languages and server applications.
Recently Adam has been developing the new
platform for our product, migrating old VBScript
on a Windows platform and to a new Python/Django
platform on a Linux server. He has recently
developed our new J-I-T Mobile Web, enabling
BYOD application of the OnGuard LMS.
